Acceptance Criteria

The responsiveness document shall include a set of acceptance criteria, which shall serve as the basis for acceptance after confirmation through negotiation by homo sapiens. The acceptance criteria shall not be lower than internationally/domestically published standard.

1.The safety factor shall not be less than 1.5

2.The deformation value of steel template panel is less than 1.5mm, the thickness of the panel is not less than 6mm, and the deformation value of the back strap is less than 2mm.

3.The seam between the templates should not be larger than 1.0mm. The templates should be numbered in detail and equipped with pull rod nuts.

4.The welding between the template structures is full welding without jump welding.

5.The strength, stiffness and stability of the formwork meet the requirements of no deformation during multiple handling of the formwork.       

6.The template design meets the relevant national standard design requirements.

7.The design and production of the template meet the requirements of "Safety Technical Code for Construction Template" (JGJ162-2008).

8.The steel meets the national industry standard.

9.The template size is accurate, enough stiffness, the joint is tight and smooth, and the plate surface is smooth and clean.

Precautions for steel template storage

1..After the bidding materials arrive at the construction site, the consignee shall check whether the goods received are consistent with the delivery list. If any difference is found, please contact the company's delivery personnel immediately for confirmation.

2..When unloading, forklift or crane should be selected according to the characteristics of goods and the location of unloading; do not throw directly on the ground, so as not to damage the steel template and cause safety accidents.

3..If there is no instant installation, it should be stored in the warehouse, not open to the air. If it is placed outdoors under conditions that do not allow, it should be stacked in a higher position, and plastic sheeting should be covered on top, firmly and securely to prevent sun and rain.
